Description
The G-Stories Management Dashboard is used to define, organize, and maintain suites of Test Data Stories or G-Stories. Users can create and manage stories for the selected Project Version within the dashboard.

How to Access the Dashboard
- Expand the Self Serve Menu Options and select G-Stories.
Dashboard Panes
The following panes are in the G-Stories Dashboard:

1 | Story Suites Pane | View, create, and manage Story Suites for a selected Project Version of a given Project. |
2 | Stories Pane | View, create, and manage Stories for a selected Story Suite. |
3 | Chapters Pane | View, create, and manage Chapters for a selected Story. |
4 | Components Pane | View, create, and manage Components for a selected Story and Chapter. |
5 | Story Preview Pane | Shows each Chapter and its Components for a selected Story. Click on a Plus (+) to expand the Chapter and view its Components. |
Dashboard Buttons
Option | Description |
Add a Story Suite to a selected Project Version of a given Project. | |
Add a Story to the selected suite. A suite can have many Stories. | |
Add a Chapter to the selected Story. A Story can have many Chapters. | |
Add a Component to the selected Story Chapter. A Chapter can have a Scenario, Scenario Chain, or Scenario Chain Set and optionally a Test Data Case. |
Dashboard Icons

Make changes to a Story Suite, Story, Chapter, or Component. | |
Copy a Story Suite, Story, Chapter, or Component. | |
View a Story Suite report. Shows each Story, Chapter, and Component within the Suite. | |
Download the Story Suite to your local computer. | |
Lock (or unlock) a Story Suite. | |
Remove a Story Suite, Story, Chapter, or Component. | |
Set a Story as the parent of other Stories within the suite. | |
Reorder Stories or Components. |
