Description

A G-Questionnaire Suite contains a default template and one or more G-Questionnaire Cases. Users can create a G-Questionnaire Suite in one of two ways:

  • New G-Questionnaire Suite - G-Questionnaire Management Dashboard
    • This option creates a suite with a blank template. 

  • Create from an Existing G-Case - G-Cases Management Dashboard
    • This option can be used when a complex G-Case has already been set up on the platform. A suite and template will be created from the selected G-Case.

What is a G-Questionnaire Suite?

  • A suite containing the default case template and all created cases. A Project Version can have one or many suites.


Who can Create a G-Questionnaire Suite?

  • Any user can create a G-Questionnaire Suite.
  • This is typically a Test Data Engineer (TDE) for larger organizations.

How to Create a New G-Questionnaire Suite

  • Select a Project within the Project Dashboard.


  • Expand the Self Serve Menu Options menu for a Project Version and select G-Questionnaire.



  • Click on the Add G-Questionnaire Suite button.



  • Enter a unique Name for the G-Questionnaire Suite.



  • Select a Category (e.g., Integration, Load, Negative).



  • Enter a Description and click the Save button.


The system automatically creates a template case when a new G-Questionnaire Suite is saved. The Author cannot create or delete the template, only modify its contents. To learn more, please see How to Author a G-Questionnaire Template. 



How to Create a G-Questionnaire Suite from a G-Case

When a G-Questionnaire Suite is created from an existing G-Case, it will automatically contain the Domains, Loop Counts, Rules, Queries, and other items that are part of the selected G-Case. 


  • Select the Project within the Project Dashboard.



  • Expand the Self Serve Menu Options menu and select G-Cases.



  • Click on the Create G-Questionnaire from G-Case Suite button.



  • Enter a Name and Description for the G-Questionnaire Suite.



  • Select a Category.



  • Select a Template Case within the G-Case Suite.



  • Click Save to create the G-Questionnaire Suite.



  • Expand the G-Self Serve Menu and select G-Questionnaire to view the new G-Questionnaire Suite.
