The following command line options instruct the GenRocket Realtime REST Engine.  To learn more, goto GenRocket Realtime Engines


-T <port>
--run-http-server <port>


Required Parameters

  • port - specifies the port number to receive and respond to requests. 


The following example launches the GenRocket Realtime REST Engine to listen for requests on port 8181. If it launches successfully, it will echo the following message the command line console (note: your version number may be different):


: genrocket -T 8181
GenRocket Runtime Version: 3.5.14
GenRocket Version: 3.5.14
GenRocket Engine Version:
GenRocket Generator Runtime Version:
GenRocket Receiver Runtime Version:
GenRocket HttpServerEngine started on port: 8181
