Description
This article covers the most common SQL, NoSQL, and Fixed File/Flat File Databases that GenRocket can connect to for data queries and populating database tables during test data generation. Please note that most databases that support a JDBC driver and connection are supported by GenRocket.
Note: GenRocket supports a variety of output file formats beyond database-specific. For a complete list of supported output formats, click here.
Chart Description Meaning
- Supported - A checkmark means that the database is supported by GenRocket.
- Validated - A checkmark means that the database has been validated by the GenRocket Team.
- In Use, Not Validated - A checkmark means that the database is in use by one or more customers, but has not been validated by the GenRocket Team.
- Bulk Load Receiver Available - A checkmark means that a Bulk Load Receiver is currently available for the database. For more information about Bulk Load Receivers, please click here.
- Support Available with a New Receiver - A checkmark means that the database is supported by GenRocket, but will require a new Receiver.
- JDBC- This column shows if a JDBC Driver is available for the database. A checkmark means that a JDBC Driver is available either through the database provider or a 3rd party provider. If a JDBC Driver is available, it should be supported by GenRocket through a JDBC connection.
