Ad EDI Version contains the original standard configuration for the EDI Document or Transaction Set. An EDI Header may have many versions.
EDI Versions make it easy for testers to have their own EDI configuration of an EDI Document. Within each version, testers are able to modify the EDI configuration without affecting other testers.
An EDI Version can be created in one of the following ways:
- Created - A new EDI Version will be created with the standard EDI configuration. To learn more on how to do this, please see: How Do I Set Up My EDI Project?.
- Copied - A selected EDI Version may be copied to ensure it has the same EDI configuration. Continue reading to learn more.
