When Should Attributes be Added to a G-Questionnaire Template?

  • Any time modifications must be made to a parameter or assigned Generators within the template.
  • Any time users need to be able to make changes from the G-Questionnaire Preview for their cases.

What Happens When an Attribute is Added?

  • Once added, the user can modify the Attribute parameters and manage/assign Generators within the G-Questionnaire template.

  • Added Attributes will appear to each user in the Questionnaire Preview (unless the Attribute has been hidden within the template).

  • When the Attribute is present in G-Questionnaire Preview, the user can make additional changes to the Attribute (as shown below).

Attributes can also be added by expanding the Domain and clicking on the Plus (+) icon for one or more Attributes.

Method 3 - Use the Add Domain Attribute Button

  • Within the Modify Attribute Tab, Click on the Add Domain Attribute button.

  • Select a Domain and Attribute from the drop-down menus and then click Save.

Adding New Attributes for Domains

New Attributes can be added to one or more Domains by following the steps below:

  • Click on the Plus (+) icon within the Modify Attribute Tab.

  • Select a Domain and enter an Attribute Name. Click the Save button.

Next Steps

After adding an attribute, users can modify its parameters by clicking on the Edit (Pencil) icon. They can also select an Attribute to view/manage assigned Generators.

Note: The steps for making these changes are the same as when performed at the Domain (Template) level from the Domain Dashboard.
