Description

A Salesforce custom domain allows user to use their Web address for Salesforce sites. Users can add one or more Custom Domains (name and URL) to their GenRocket account. Once added, they can select a custom domain for each Salesforce profile.

Step 1 - Add a Custom Domain

  • Access the My Account page.
  • Select Manage Salesforce Custom Domain.



  • Click the Add Salesforce Custom Domain button.


  • Enter a Name and the Custom Domain URL.
  • Click Add.



    Note: A Custom Domain cannot be removed from the user's account if it is currently selected for one or more profiles. 


Step 2 - Add Custom Domain to Salesforce Profile(s)

Create or modify an existing profile and select the Custom Domain from the drop-down menu. To see the complete steps for creating a Salesforce Profile, you can click here.
