If you believe your GenRocket Access Key has been compromised, it is a good idea to regenerate it. Once you regenerate your Access Key, you will need to download your My Profile.grp file again to use GenRocket Runtime. 

How to Regenerate Your Access Key

  • Expand the Organization Menu in the top right of the GenRocket web platform. This menu contains your Organization Name and First Name.
  • Select My Account from the drop-down menu.

  • Click the Change Access Key button.

  • Click the Regenerate button.

    Note: You will have to download your My Profile.grp file after you regenerate your Access Key. You will not be able to use the GenRocket Runtime until this has been done.
