Users assigned the Organization Admin Role (Org Admin) can send a user a password reset email from within the GenRocket web platform.

How to Send a Change Password Email to Users

  • Expand the Organization Menu in the Menu Bar (contains the org name and user's first name).

  • Select the My Organization menu option.

  • Click the Edit (Pencil) icon for the user.

  • The Change Password button within the "Edit User" form can be used to send a password reset email to the user. 

  • Click Yes in the confirmation dialog.

  • The user will receive a password reset email and can follow the instructions to reset their password.
